What it does
LeaseRail reads tenancy contract PDFs in bulk, up to 200 per batch, and gives you verified, structured data: parties, dates, amounts, terms. Works with contracts anywhere, and handles Arabic and English equally by design.
Drop in a folder, get a table
Up to 200 contracts in one run. Standard registration forms are read field by field where a pack exists. Contracts without a pack still go through the batch and surface in the review grid with their gaps flagged, so nothing is silently dropped.
Arabic and English, handled equally by design
Neither is a bolt on. Where a contract carries both, the review screen flags any place the two disagree, which is where the errors usually hide.
Review against the source
The review screen shows the source next to every extraction, so nothing lands in your spreadsheet unseen.
Fully on-device
No document content ever leaves your machine.
Export
CSV, a new Excel workbook with named Tables, append into an existing workbook, or a formatted rent roll report.
Regional extras, when you need them
Working in the Gulf adds ready made packs for the standard registration forms, Hijri aware dates, and a DLD Ejari bulk upload export. None of it gets in the way if you work elsewhere.
Questions
What does "verified" mean here?
Verified means every extracted value is shown to you next to the place on the page it was taken from, carries a confidence band, and is checked against a fixed set of consistency rules before it reaches your spreadsheet. It does not mean the value is guaranteed correct, and it does not mean the contract has been reviewed for legal or commercial substance. LeaseRail's job is to make an error visible and easy to correct, not to promise there is none.
Privacy
What it collects: Nothing. What leaves your machine: Nothing from your documents. The only network use is the optional high-accuracy scan-engine download and Microsoft Store licence validation.
