UAE e-Invoicing Readiness Kit

Turn the UAE e-invoicing mandate into a dated plan, with the tools to work through it.

available USD 19.99

From your go live date a PDF by email stops being a valid B2B or B2G tax invoice. This kit takes a business from the regulation to a plan: which phase you are in, how to choose an accredited provider, where your data will fail validation, and what to do in which month.

Who it is for. A business in the UAE that will fall under the e-invoicing mandate, or the accountant who will have to implement it for them, and who wants a plan rather than a summary of the law.

What you get

One ZIP, about 104 KB, containing five files. Two PDFs, a guide and a one page checklist, and three Excel workbooks.

Requires Microsoft Excel for three of the five files. No macros and no add-ins..

Inside

You find out which deadline is yours, in minutes.

Scope yourself against the AED 50 million line and read off your two dates, the date you must appoint a provider and the date you must be live.

You choose a provider on evidence rather than on a sales call.

A weighted scorecard with the diligence questions to ask. It names no vendors. It teaches the evaluation so the choice survives scrutiny later.

You find your bad data now instead of at go live.

A field by field gap assessment built on the Ministry of Finance mandatory field specification, mapped to where each field lives in your systems today. Missing customer tax numbers and mismatched legal names are the common failures and this surfaces them early.

You get a plan with dates on it.

A timeline planner that back plans every milestone from your own go live date, so the deadline drives the calendar rather than the other way round.

You can hand it to someone else.

A plain guide and FAQ written for an owner or an accountant, not for a tax lawyer, plus a one page checklist a colleague can act on without reading the rest.

Terms

Licence. Yours to use however you like: on your own work, for clients, across your whole firm, modified or rebranded, for as long as you like. One purchase, no seat count, no renewal. The one thing we ask is that you do not resell or redistribute the files themselves as a product.

Privacy. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. It receives your name, email, payment details and billing country, and handles payment and any sales tax under its own registrations. The studio receives order metadata only, the product, amount, date and your email for delivery and support, and never receives card details. The downloaded files carry no tracking, no analytics, nothing that phones home and no macros. The workbooks contain formulas only, every one visible on the sheet, and the PDFs carry no active content. The workbooks do include a small number of links to official government sources in guidance text, which you click by choice. Confirmed 2026-07-27.
